Contact & help
Questions about your instructions, or a change in your recovery? Contact the office that treated you.
For a question about your treatment, use the phone or text number on your appointment or discharge message. You can also call our main number for help reaching your office.
What to tell us
- Your name and the office you visited.
- Which procedure you had and when.
- What has changed, when it started, and whether it is getting worse.
- Which medicines you have taken, following your instructions.
After hours
You can call or text your office after hours. A live answer is usually not available. A team member monitors messages and replies by text. An automated receptionist may answer general questions and route clinical concerns to a person.
Do not wait until morning to report a loose implant component, moving bridge, or broken appliance. Contact us when it happens. A response time is not guaranteed; for emergency symptoms, seek emergency help immediately.
When to get emergency help
Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for trouble breathing or swallowing, rapidly spreading swelling toward your eye, neck, or under your tongue, fainting, chest pain, or a severe medication reaction.
Heavy bleeding that will not slow despite firm, continuous gauze pressure also needs urgent help. If it has not slowed after 45 minutes of firm pressure, seek urgent help. Do not wait that long if bleeding is severe or you feel faint.
Do not wait for a text reply if you have emergency symptoms.
