OverjetMaking dental images easier to understand

A closer look at your X-rays. Overjet helps us review possible decay and bone changes, then show you the findings in a way that is easier to understand.

Support for detecting decay

Overjet analyzes dental X-rays and highlights areas that may represent tooth decay. These markings draw our attention to findings for closer review and help us explain their location to you.

Measuring the bone around teeth

Bone supports your teeth. Overjet adds bone-level measurements to X-rays, giving us another way to assess that support. We consider these measurements alongside gum measurements and your examination when evaluating gum health.

A more consistent review

The software applies a consistent analysis to the images it reviews. It adds another layer of information to our diagnostic process and can help us compare findings on suitable images over time.

See what we are discussing

At Drill Dental, we can show you the original X-ray and its highlights, explain what needs attention, and discuss what may be monitored. Your dentist brings these findings together with your symptoms, examination, and history to recommend care.

Questions patients ask

Does the software decide my treatment?

Your dentist makes the diagnosis and treatment recommendations. The image analysis is one source of information considered together with your examination and goals.

Does AI analysis require another X-ray?

The analysis works with dental images. Whether you need a new X-ray depends on what your dentist needs to assess and whether suitable images are already available.
